Welcome to your thrilling, action-packed, 15-minute Zoom session with me to discuss your design project. It’s like speed dating, but without the dating, so it's not actually like speed dating. We’ll dive into your project scope, vision, and requirements— kind of like assembling IKEA furniture, but without the extra screws or crying. Scroll down to book our session for $5. So about the same as that fancy cup of coffee, but with less regret. Cancellations or reschedules are cool as long as you let me know 24 hours before, because I can’t time-travel. Yet. And if tech issues happen, don't panic— I’m an IT expert according to my dad.
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for scheduling and conducting Zoom meetings hereby referred to as a session, to discuss design projects with Dawson Bodenhamer. By scheduling a session, clients agree to adhere to the following terms:
Scheduling Policy
Sessions are conducted via Zoom.
Each session lasts 30 minutes.
Clients must schedule through www.fortheking.design at least 24 hours in advance.
A non-refundable fee of $5-7 (depending on meeting duration) is required at the time of scheduling.
A confirmation email with the Zoom session link will be sent once the scheduling and payment are completed.
Clients must ensure their Zoom software is up-to-date and functioning properly before the session.
Scheduling Limit
Clients are limited to scheduling a maximum of two Zoom sessions per week. This policy ensures that all clients receive equitable access to scheduling availability and allows for focused attention on each project.
In exceptional cases where additional sessions are required due to an urgent need, clients may contact Dawson to discuss the situation. Emergency requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be accommodated at Dawson’s discretion.
Any attempts to schedule more than two sessions without prior approval will result in the additional bookings being declined, with any associated payments refunded.
Session Purpose
The session is designed to discuss the client’s design project needs, including gathering key information about the client's vision, goals, and specific requirements.
The session focuses on understanding the project scope. Any additional design work or project proposals will be discussed in a follow-up agreement.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Clients can reschedule via the link provided in the confirmation email or by contacting Dawson.
If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours or if the client fails to attend the session, the $5 fee will not be refunded.
In the event of technical difficulties (e.g., internet issues), clients can contact Dawson to reschedule at no additional cost.
Late Policy
Clients are expected to join the Zoom session on time. The session will end at the scheduled time, regardless of when the client joins.
If the client is more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.
Confidentiality
Clients should refrain from sharing sensitive information unless it is essential to the design discussion.
Fees and Payments
The fee for the 30-minute session is $5-7 (depending on meeting duration) payable at the time of booking via www.fortheking.design.
Payments are non-refundable unless the session is canceled by Dawson.
Disclaimer
Dawson reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances or technical difficulties.
The session is intended to facilitate a clear understanding of the client’s design needs.
A subsequent written agreement will establish the final project scope, timeline, and pricing.
